
The steps by which we look for God’s footprints take their cue from the Bible, for example, the story of the three wise men from the Orient (Mt 2,1-12).
Astrologers discover a sign in heaven, a new star, which they interpret as the star of a new king. This experience and memory motivates them. They set off.

In Jerusalem they told others about their experience with the star. They wanted to find the new king: “We have come to adore him.”

They followed the sign of the star. They set off to find the Child and his mother. They brought their gifts and adored him. Joyfully they returned to their home countries.

At the beginning we pray and try to open ourselves for God’s Spirit.
At the end we say a prayer of thanksgiving and ask for strength.
